Delivery Information

• Major Metropolitan Areas (areas served by a commercial airport): Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days at a cost of R125 for parcels up to 5 kg. For weights exceeding 5 kg, an additional charge of R13 per kg will apply.
• Regional Areas (within 80 km of a commercial airport): Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, with a cost of R125 for parcels up to 5 kg. An extra charge of R13 per kg applies for additional weight.
• Outlying Areas (beyond 80 km of a commercial airport): Delivery generally takes 3-4 business days, as courier services may only operate on alternate days or once a week. The starting cost is R230 for parcels up to 5 kg, with an additional charge of R13 per kg thereafter.

For remote locations not covered by any courier service, please contact us for guidance.

Please note that courier services are unable to deliver to certain locations, including chain stores, embassies, government departments, remote plots, farms, hospitals, and power stations.
