We are an online-only store and do not have a physical retail location. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg.
No, we do not have stockists in Cape Town or Durban. We deliver directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg to any location in South Africa.
As an online store, we do not have a showroom for viewing products. However, all our products are listed on our website with high-resolution images and detailed descriptions to help you make informed decisions.
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayFast: Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa) or Debit Card
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
No, we do not accept cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
We offer FREE nationwide door-to-door delivery for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, there is a flat rate of R125 for deliveries to major metropolitan areas and R230 for outlying areas.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Major metropolitan areas: 1-2 business days
- Regional areas (within 80 km of a commercial airport): 2-3 business days
- Outlying areas (beyond 80 km of a commercial airport): 3-4 business days
Yes, we deliver to most remote areas. However, please contact us for advice on locations not serviced by our courier partners.
No, we do not offer collection as we do not have a physical storefront.
Currently, we only ship to physical addresses on the African continent.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. For more details, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@ampon.co.za. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
