We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ampon.co.za. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a door-to-door courier service to collect the item. Once the collection is completed, we will process your refund directly to your preferred bank account.

Please provide us with the following details to facilitate your return:

  • A physical address for courier collection (if different from the delivery address)
  • Any special instructions for the collection (e.g., preferred time between 9 am and 4 pm, access requirements)

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. For any return inquiries, please contact us at sales@ampon.co.za.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly. Damaged items should be returned following the instructions above for assessment and potential replacement or exchange. If the damage is deemed a factory fault, we will either refund the item(s) or offer a replacement of similar specifications.

We reserve the right to evaluate damages and approve or reject returns based on our assessment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and after your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.

We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet our specified requirements. For orders canceled before shipping, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we may deduct courier fees for collections if the returned item(s) are not damaged or you choose not to exchange them. Refunds may also be issued in the form of vouchers.

Uncollected Goods
Items paid for but not collected within 30 days of payment will be sold to cover costs.
